When we want to set parameters or make some adjustment for some control devices in oven, including timer, thermostat, gas valve, rotary swith, etc. We need the help of oven control knobs. The control knobs could perfectly match the shaft of these control devices.

Considering the high working temperature in the oven, we usually use some metallic material or non-metallic material which with good high-temperature resistance capacity. The users would control those control devices through the control knobs, and during the control process the user’s hand would touch the surface of control knobs. So how to prevent the high-temperature heat to scald the user’s hand is an important requirement for some knobs, especially for the control knob for gas valve. In order to solve this problem, we had made some special designs in these knobs, such as inserting a non-metallic material part between the device’s shaft and the metallic shell of the control knob. By this way, not only solve the heat transference problem but also retain the good appearance design of the metallic knob shell. The good appearance design of a control konb would give highlight for the total oven machine.
