Polygon Style Glass Cover For Gas Cooker

This model oven lamp is one of the important components for gas cooker

machines. This product’s main function is lighting in the gas cooker machine’s

internal barbecue room. With the help of oven lamp we could clearly observe the

conditions of barbecued foods. When the gas cooker machine is working, the

temperature of the oven machine’s internal barbecue room would increase to

more than 300 degrees centigrade. So we have to selected the suitable material

with good high temperature resistant properties to manufacture products to

ensure the oven lamp could work well and long lifetime under the high

temperature working environment. In order to ensure the food safty, all of these

raw material had passed the RoHs tests, so we could prevent the oven lamp could

not release any hazardous substance to pollute the barbecued foods during the

barbecue process. We make some polygon appearance design on the glass cover.

There are two type attractive polygon appearance glass cover could be chose, one

type is OD=42mm with 8 sides, another type is OD=43mm with 12 sides.

2. Good high temperature resistance property

The oven lamp is composed by glass cover, lamp holder, fixing ring, terminal, E14 metallic

ring and E14 lamp bulb etc. 6 parts. Below table shows the fusion point information for these

parts’ raw material. According to these information, we known that all the raw material are

good high temperature resistant material. For the limit of the lamp bulb’s sealing material’s

abilities, the lamp bulb’s working temperature just reach 300 degrees centigrade. So a total

oven lamp’s max working temperature is 300 degrees centigrade. The T300 is good enough

to meet the oven machine’s working requirements.

3. Good electrical properties(insulation & conductivity)

The glass and porcelain are the good insulation material for electrical products, our

ovenlamp’s max voltage resistance value is more than AC 450V. So this good insulating

property could ensure the user’s safety. And the stainless steel and galvanized steel are all

the good conductor material which could ensure that the lamp could work well.

4. Long working lifetime

trigeminal wing-style structure part. With the three flexible wings we could install the

ovenlamp easily into the fixing hole on the board surface of barbecue space. With the three

wings and fixing point we could fix the oven lamp accurately on the right position on the

board.

For the reason of material, you could clean the surface of glass cover easily. The oven lamp is
